VISA POLICY CHANGES WITH THE NEW CANADIAN GOVERNMENT
With the current liberal government, it is important to note that there have been some recent policy changes regarding visa and related documents. The new liberal government has announced a list of changes/modifications that need to be made to the country's visa policy.
The changes include;
1. International students can become Canadian citizens easily; provided they comply with certain requirements such as experience in some kind of employment or some level of proficiency in English or French language.
2. Allowing more applicants to apply for visa and make visa processing quicker to allow faster and more people to apply for immigration.
3. Eliminate unnecessary fees that come with immigration processes. (Many forms and applications are available free for download on Canadian government sites).
These changes are designed to not make immigration easier but allow more people to apply for Canadian citizenship. The current government wants to ensure that those who are applying have a clear way of entering the country without many problems.
There are many other changes which have been designed to help those who wish to travel and settle in Canada as full fledge citizens. The list of changes can be found in greater detail at http://www.canadim.com/justin-trudeau-canadian-immigration/.
