Greetings, my name is Arsalan and I am here to ask a question regarding Canadian immigrarion. I have been actively searching and surfing through immigration websites and forums, gathering as much information on the topic in discussion as I can. The most suitable option that I figured out for myself is through federal skilled worker class through express entry system. However, a distant relative of mine who also happen to be gathering information about how to immigrate to Canada recently told me about a system. According to him, you are required to pay a certain amount of money (possibly CAD 1200). In return, you are, if eligible, given canadian permanent recidence along with monthly rent, food and healthcare allowances for as long as you dont have a job. During all my research and information gathering, I never read about any such system which leads me to doubt the credibility of this. I would be pleased if you could help me in this matter and inform me if any such system exists. Thankyou.
