The nominated occupation is determined through a skills assessment from the relevant skills assessing body and Points Test Advice letter.

In this category the international skilled workers are allowed to come in UK and work here and live here as well. Application Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants who are going to apply must be invited through any organization.
• Applicants make it sure that they are younger than 50 years in age.
• The skill for which the applicants are going to apply must match the skill and qualification requirement. Otherwise, they will not be entertain.
• In point test system applicants must possess at least 60 scores.
• Moreover, sound health, good character and English Language Proficiency are required to demonstrate as per requirement.

UK Skilled Independent Visa Process

Skilled independent visa can be processed in two steps:

Step1              In the basic visa processing step the departments of immigration and border protection check that the applicants is really eligible to apply for the selected skill or not.

Step2              In case of getting approval by the departments of immigration and border protection, the applicants are asked to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for which they want to apply.
