General Requirements For UK Immigration

1.         Age

Applicants applying for immigration must have attained the age of 16 years and should be under 64 at the age of application for work. You should be 50 at the time of invitation.

2.         English language       

Applicants should have fluent in speaking English in order to work and live in UK. They have to score at least 6 bands in all the four levels of IELTS. You should meet the point of 60 on the point board.

3.         Qualification

The applicant must possess higher secondary education. But qualification requirements varies from the nominated occupation and also from profession to profession. The qualification should match with the skilled designation required for the work.

4.         Recent work Experience

The applicant must have working license or certificate in the nominated occupation. Work experience is compulsory but there is no fixed experience requirement.

5.         Skills assessment

Skills are highly assessed by the government of UK policy in comparison with nominated occupation.

6.         Health assessment

The applicant should possess sound health and sound mind. Health is assessed by a panel of Doctors and should undergo medical examination.

7.         Character assessment

Moral values of the applicant are also assessed strictly. Applicants should have no criminal record and he/she should not be involved in any criminal activity.

8.         Important Note

After you have migrated to United Kingdom, once you are spotted in any misbehavior or other criminal activity, you can be deported back to your country.

All applicant who is willing to migrate should fulfill the above mentioned basic requirements. If not, he is not able to continue with skilled immigration process.
