GRE examination is an international test that is being administered by ETS. The head office of ETS is located in United States of America, therefore they have created regional offices for the smooth functioning.

GRE test centers in Pakistan

The regional offices for ETS are located in the three major cities of Pakistan. The GRE test centers in Pakistan are located in the following cities –

Lahore
Islamabad
Karachi

GRE registration in Pakistan

Pakistani students can register for the computer based GRE revised general test in four different ways and these are as follow:

Fax registration.
Online registration.
Phone registration.
Mail registration.
Registration by visiting the regional office.

GRE Registration by Fax

Use American Express, Discover, JCB, and MasterCard, VISA or a voucher number. Fax the International Test Scheduling Form (PDF) to the appropriate RRC. The form must be received at least seven days before your first-choice test date. A confirmation number, reporting time and the test center address will be e-mailed, faxed or mailed to you.

When you provide information to the ETS you are given the test date, time and test center name. If your requested date(s) cannot be accommodated, you will be scheduled for the next available test date. If your assigned test date does not meet your needs, call the appropriate RRC within 24 hours of receipt of your registration confirmation.

If you do not receive a confirmation of your appointment, call the appropriate RRC at least three business days before your earliest test date choice. If you missed your appointment and did not call the RRC, your test fee will not be refunded. If you provide an e-mail address, you may receive a confirmation by e-mail.

GRE Registration online

The Pakistani student need to create or have a My GRE Account on the ETS official website to register online. Payment should be made by credit/debit card only (American Express, Discover, JCB, MasterCard or VISA). Note that ETS reserves the right to add or delete payment options at its own discretion and without notice.

GRE registration on Phone

The Pakistani student can register for GRE exam on Phone. To register call on the number as +60376283333. The Pakistani student must register for the test date three days ahead of the exam date they have selected.

The Pakistani student requires to provide them with accurate detailed information, address, test center and receive acknowledgement by mail.

GRE Registration by Mail

Mail the International Test Scheduling Form (PDF) to the appropriate RRC with appropriate payment. The form must be received at least three weeks before your earliest test date choice.

A confirmation number, reporting time and the test center address will be e-mailed, faxed or mailed to you. The same process mentioned above will be in action when you provide the information. If you do not receive a confirmation, call the appropriate RRC at least three business days before your earliest test date choice. If you miss your appointment and did not call the RRC, your test fee will not be refunded. If you provide an e-mail address, you may receive a confirmation by e-mail for GRE exam.

GRE Registration by visiting the regional office.

The Pakistani student can register at any of the regional center Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi. The Pakistani student must make a bank draft and then register for the GRE examination.
